Das Haus liegt in einer schmalen Gasse im malerischen Dorf Prelá Castello und ist nur durch diese pittoreske Gasse, Caruggio gennant, erreichbar. Es verkörpert den Charme eines typischen ligurischen Natursteinhauses.
Das Objekt besteht aus drei Etagen. Im Parterre, das direkt von der Straße aus erreichbar ist, befinden sich die Lagerräume, die sogenannten Cantine. Sie eignen sich ideal als Lager für Brennholz oder als Fahrradgarage. In der ersten Etage befindet sich eine Küche mit Holzofen. Weiterhin gibt es ein großes, helles Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit direkt angrenzendem, neuem Badezimmer. In der zweiten Etage befinden sich ein zweites Badezimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Balkon, sowie der absolute Höhepunkt: ein riesiger Raum mit sehr großen Bogenfenstern. Der Raum steht leer und wird als Speicher benutzt. Es ist ein Traum! Eine alte Loggia! Da das Dach möglicherweise erneuert werden muss, da es nicht isoliert ist, könnte man den Raum zu einer Dachterrasse umbauen oder die Fenster öffnen, um die alte Loggia wiederherzustellen. Von dort hat man einen Blick über das ganze Tal.
Das Haus ist bewohnbar, auch wenn einiges renoviert werden müsste. Bis vor Kurzem hat hier eine ältere Dame gewohnt.
Hier ist die Zeit stehen geblieben. Es gibt viele schöne Details und es wäre schade, wenn diese der Renovierungs-Wut um Opfer fallen würden.
In den Zimmern gibt es wunderschöne antike Zementfliesen und einige schöne, alte Holzfenster.
Es ist ein Objekt für alle, die alte Häuser lieben, die antiken Strukturen erkennen und dem Haus zu seinem alten Glanz verhelfen können.
Lage
Prelá Castello ist ein idyllischer, denkmalgeschützter Ort mit einer Burgruine aus dem XII Jahrhundert mitten in Olivenhainen. Das Dorf blickt auf eine Lange und bewegte Geschichte zurück. Im Mittelalter lebten in der Burg von Prelá die Herrscher, die das ganze Prino Tal kontrollierten. Die Dorfhäuser sind zum Teil in Ihren Ursprung so alt wie die Burg oder wurden aus dem Steinen der Burg zusammen gesetzt.Die Renaissance Kirche mit der barocken Fassade spiegelt den vergangenen Ruhm und Reichtum des Ortes wieder. Jetzt wohnen in Prelá nur noch 9 Personen, alle sehr aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Der Olivenanbau wird in Prelá noch intensiv betrieben, das köstliche Olivenöl aus der seltenen Taggiasca Olive kann man direkt bei den Nachbarn kaufen.
Die durch das Dorf führende einzige Straße ist eine Sackgasse und endet auf der sonnigen Piazza. Hier werden im Sommermonaten hin und wieder Dorffeste gefeiert, die Touristen sind stets willkommen. Die nächstliegenden Lebensmittelläden befinden sich in Vasia (2 km) und Pantasina (1.9 km), das nächste Restaurant in Molini di Prelá "Il Charlie"

The house is located in a narrow alley in the picturesque village of Prelá Castello and can only be reached via this picturesque alley, known as Caruggio. It embodies the charm of a typical Ligurian natural stone house.
The property consists of three floors. On the ground floor, which is directly accessible from the street, are the storage rooms, known as cantine. They are ideal for storing firewood or as a bicycle garage. On the first floor there is a kitchen with a wood-burning stove. There is also a large, bright living room and a bedroom with an adjoining new bathroom. On the second floor there is a second bathroom, two bedrooms, one with a balcony, and the absolute highlight: a huge room with very large arched windows. The room is empty and is used for storage. It is a dream! An old loggia! As the roof may need to be replaced because it is not insulated, the room could be converted into a roof terrace or the windows could be opened to restore the old loggia. From there, you have a view over the entire valley.
The house is habitable, although some renovation work is needed. Until recently, an elderly lady lived here.
Time has stood still here. There are many beautiful details and it would be a shame if they fell victim to the renovation craze.
The rooms feature beautiful antique cement tiles and some lovely old wooden windows.
This is a property for anyone who loves old houses, recognises antique structures and can help restore the house to its former glory.
Location
Prelá Castello is an idyllic, listed village with a 12th-century castle ruin surrounded by olive groves. The village looks back on a long and eventful history. In the Middle Ages, the rulers who controlled the entire Prino Valley lived in Prelá Castle. Some of the village houses are as old as the castle itself or were built using stones from the castle. The Renaissance church with its Baroque façade reflects the past glory and wealth of the village. Now only nine people live in Prelá, all of whom are very open-minded and helpful. Olive cultivation is still practised intensively in Prelá, and the delicious olive oil from the rare Taggiasca olive can be bought directly from the neighbours.
The only road through the village is a dead end and ends at the sunny piazza. Village festivals are held here from time to time during the summer months, and tourists are always welcome. The nearest grocery stores are in Vasia (2 km) and Pantasina (1.9 km), and the nearest restaurant is in Molini di Prelá, ‘Il Charlie’.

Ponieważ dach może wymagać renowacji, ponieważ nie jest izolowany, można przekształcić to pomieszczenie w taras na dachu lub otworzyć okna, aby odbudowac starą loggię. Stamtąd rozciąga się widok na całą dolinę.
Dom nadaje się do zamieszkania, chociaż wymaga pewnych remontów. Do niedawna mieszkała tu starsza pani.
Czas się tu zatrzymał. Jest tu wiele pięknych detali i szkoda byłoby, gdyby padły ofiarą gorączki remontowej.
W pokojach znajdują się cenne zabytkowe płytki cementowe i kilka pięknych, starych drewnianych okien.
Jest to obiekt dla wszystkich, którzy kochają stare domy, potrafią docenić ich czar i przywrócić domowi jego dawną świetność.

Prelá Castello to idylliczna, zabytkowa miejscowość z ruinami zamku z XII wieku położona pośród gajów oliwnych. Wieś ma długą i burzliwą historię. W średniowieczu w zamku Prelá mieszkali władcy, którzy kontrolowali całą dolinę Prino. Niektóre domy we wsi są tak stare jak zamek lub zostały zbudowane z kamieni pochodzących z zamku. Renesansowy kościół z barokową fasadą odzwierciedla dawną świetność i bogactwo tego miejsca. Obecnie w Prelá mieszka tylko 9 osób, wszystkie bardzo otwarte i pomocne. Uprawa oliwek jest w Prelá nadal intensywnie prowadzona, a pyszną oliwę z rzadkiej odmiany oliwek Taggiasca można kupić bezpośrednio u sąsiadów.
Jedyna droga prowadząca przez wioskę jest ślepą uliczką i kończy się na słonecznym placu. W miesiącach letnich odbywają się tu od czasu do czasu festyny wiejskie, na które turyści są zawsze mile widziani. Najbliższe sklepy spożywcze znajdują się w Vasia (2 km) i Pantasina (1,9 km), a najbliższa restauracja w Molini di Prelá „Il Charlie”.
