Das kleine Steinhaus steht oberhalb des Dorfes Torretta. Die einfache, mit Wildem Wein bewachsene Fassade verrät nicht die wunderschöne Einrichtung. Das Haus wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail saniert und gestaltet. Es besteht aus zwei Etagen: In der oberen befindet sich eine offene Küche mit Zugang zum Garten, die in ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer übergeht. Nebenan befinden sich das Badezimmer und das Schlafzimmer. Die untere Etage ist noch nicht fertig renoviert. Es besteht jedoch die Möglichkeit, ein zweites, separates Apartment einzurichten. Alle Anschlüsse für Küche und Badezimmer sind bereits vorhanden. Das Bad ist bereits gefliest.
Im Moment sind die beiden Ebenen separat zu erreichen, es besteht jedoch die Möglichkeit, beide mit einer Innentreppe zu verbinden. Die Treppenöffnung ist vorhanden.
Der naturbelassene Garten ist ca. 1.000 m² groß und mit Olivenbäumen, Rosen und Obstbäumen bepflanzt.
Bis zur Tür kann man mit einem Kleinwagen vorfahren. Zum Haus gehört ein privater Stellplatz.
Ausstattung
Das Haus wurde vor kurzem komplett saniert und umgebaut. Alle Anschlüsse sind neu. Das Haus hat keinen Gasanschluss. In der Küche steht ein moderner Induktionsherd. Das Haus wird mit einer Pelletheizung beheizt.
Es gibt Satellitenfernsehen und WLAN.
Die Einrichtung kann nach Absprache und gegen Aufpreis übernommen werden.
Lage
Das zauberhafte Rustico steht am Rande der Dorfes Torretta, mit offenem Blick ins Tal. Toretta gehört zu Gemeinde Vasia. In Vasia , ca 1 km entfernt gibt es einen netten Lebensmittelladen und die Post.
In ca. 7 km entfernten Caramagna befindet sich ein Supermarkt.
Die sanfte Berglandschaft lädt zum Wandern oder Mountainbiking ein. Die sauberen und gepflegten Strände in Imperia und Umgebung (siehe ADAC Test) sind nur ca. 12km entfernt und bieten ein Badevergnügen von Mai bis Oktober.
Nicht weit von hier gibt es sehr schöne und interessante Örtlichkeiten, die man leicht auch über die Autobahn erreichen kann: Wenn Sie z.B. ostwärts die Küste entlangfahren, können Sie Diano Alassio (25 km), Portofino (140 km) und Cinqueterre (150 km) besuchen: wenn Sie dagegen nach Westen fahren, kommen Sie nach San Remo (20 km), Monaco (55 km), Nizza (ca. 75 km), Cannes (90 km) und Saint Tropez (180 km).

The small stone house is located above the village of Torretta. The simple façade, covered with wild vines, does not reveal the beautiful interior. The house has been renovated and designed with great attention to detail. It consists of two floors: on the upper floor there is an open-plan kitchen with access to the garden, which opens onto a cosy living room. Next door are the bathroom and bedroom. The lower floor has not yet been completely renovated. However, there is the possibility of creating a second, separate apartment. All connections for the kitchen and bathroom are already in place. The bathroom has already been tiled.
At the moment, the two levels can be accessed separately, but there is the possibility of connecting them with an internal staircase. The stairwell is already in place.
The natural garden is approximately 1,000 m² in size and planted with olive trees, roses and fruit trees.
A small car can be driven right up to the door. The house has a private parking space.

Location
Torretta belongs to the municipality of Vasia. In Vasia, about 1 km away, there is a nice grocery store and a post office.
There is a supermarket in Caramagna, about 7 km away.
The gentle mountain landscape is ideal for hiking or mountain biking. The clean and well-maintained beaches in Imperia and the surrounding area (see ADAC test) are only about 12 km away and offer swimming fun from May to October.

Opis obiektu
Mały kamienny domek położony jest powyżej miejscowości Torretta. Prosta fasada porośnięta dziką winoroślą nie zdradza pięknego wnętrza. Dom został odnowiony i urządzony z wielką dbałością o szczegóły. Składa się z dwóch pięter: na górnym znajduje się otwarta kuchnia z wyjściem do ogrodu, która przechodzi w przytulny salon. Obok znajduje się łazienka i sypialnia. Dolna kondygnacja nie została jeszcze całkowicie wyremontowana. Istnieje jednak możliwość urządzenia drugiego, oddzielnego apartamentu. Wszystkie przyłącza do kuchni i łazienki są już dostępne. Łazienka jest już wyłożona kafelkami.
W tej chwili obie kondygnacje są oddzielone, ale istnieje możliwość połączenia ich wewnętrznymi schodami. Otwór schodowy już istnieje.
Naturalny ogród ma powierzchnię około 1000 m² i jest obsadzony drzewami oliwnymi, różami i drzewami owocowymi.
Pod dom można podjechać małym samochodem. Do domu należy prywatne miejsce parkingowe.
Wyposażenie
Dom został niedawno całkowicie odnowiony i przebudowany. Wszystkie instalacje są nowe. Dom nie ma przyłącza gazowego. W kuchni znajduje się nowoczesna kuchenka indukcyjna. Dom jest ogrzewany piecem na pelety.
Dostępna jest telewizja satelitarna i WiFi.
Wyposażenie można przejąć po uzgodnieniu i za dodatkową opłatą.
Lokalizacja
Urokliwa rustykalna posiadłość położona jest na obrzeżach miejscowości Torretta, z otwartym widokiem na dolinę. Toretta należy do gminy Vasia. W oddalonej o około 1 km miejscowości Vasia znajduje się przyjemny sklep spożywczy i poczta.
W oddalonej o około 7 km miejscowości Caramagna znajduje się supermarket.
Łagodny górski krajobraz zachęca do uprawiania turystyki pieszej lub kolarstwa górskiego. Czyste i zadbane plaże w Imperii i okolicach (patrz test ADAC) znajdują się w odległości zaledwie około 12 km i oferują przyjemność kąpieli od maja do października.
