Objektbeschreibung
Das im Jahr 2002 erbaute Haus wurde 2004 als Rohbau von den Verkäufern gekauft und mithilfe von Fachbetrieben fertiggestellt. Es besteht aus zwei mit einer Wendeltreppe verbundenen Ebenen, die jeweils über einen separaten Eingang verfügen. Auf der unteren Ebene befindet sich eine große Wohnküche mit Fensterfront. Die sehr schönen Eisenfenster wurden von einem Schmied nach Maß gefertigt. Der Ausblick reicht über das gesamte Tal. In der oberen Etage befindet sich ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit einem Badezimmer. Vom Schlafzimmer aus gelangt man auf eine sonnige Terrasse mit Meerblick. Die Terrasse führt um das Haus herum.
Zum Objekt gehört ein ca. 2.500 m² großer, naturbelassener Garten, der liebevoll mit Blumen und Obstbäumen bepflanzt ist. Es stehen dort zwei Feigenbäume, zwei Zitronenbäume, ein Mandelbaum und sieben Olivenbäume.
Im Garten steht auch ein kleiner Schuppen, der als Motorradgarage und Abstellraum dient.
Das Haus wurde am Hang in einer sehr spektakulären Lage gebaut. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.
Bis zum Haus führt aus Dolcedo eine enge Straße, die im letzten Teil in einen unbefestigten Weg mündet. Sie können direkt am Haus parken.
Es ist ein besonderes Objekt für alle, die Natur, Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen. Die Verkäufer, ein Künstlerpaar, haben hier ein wunderschönes, romantisches Refugium geschaffen. Aus Altersgründen suchen sie einen neuen Liebhaber für ihr wunderschönes Häuschen.
Ausstattung:
Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um einen Neubau mit Stahlbetonkonstruktion. Das Haus wurde sorgfältig und nach allen Regeln der Kunst gebaut. Es verfügt über Strom-, Wasser- und Abwasserleitungen. Es wird mit einem Pelletofen beheizt.
Im Garten steht ein Solarpanel zur Warmwasseraufbereitung.
Lage
Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und bietet einen weiten Blick über das Tal bis hin zum Meer. In unmittelbarer Nähe steht nur ein weiteres Haus.
Bis zum Zentrum des Ortes Ripalta sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Ripalta ist ein Stadtteil von Dolcedo. Von Ripalta nach Dolcedo sind es ca. 1 km.
Knapp 6 km nördlich von Imperia im Prinotal (Valprino) liegt das Städtchen Dolcedo. Der Ort setzt sich zusammen aus dem Hauptort Dolcedo (Dolcedo piazza) und mehreren kleinen, unabhängigen Ortsteilen in den Hügeln (wie Costa Carnara, Lecchiore, Isolalunga, Bellissimi, Castelazzo, Ripalta... ). Das Tal würde Conca d' Oro genannt und ist völlig mit den Terrassen des Olivenanbaus überzogen. Über den ausgedehnten Olivenhainen ziehen sich Kastanien- und Eichenwälder bis hinauf zu den Almen des Höhenrückens, wo der Monte Faudo mit 1149 Metern die höchste Erhebung darstellt. Das alte Verkehrsnetz der Maultierstraßen so genannten Mulatiera ist teilweise noch erhalten und zum Wandern ausgewiesen.
Das malerische Ortsbild ist geprägt durch die alte Loggia del Comune und zwei bemerkenswerte Kirchenbauten. Noch heute mittelalterlich geprägt, zieht sich das Dorf mit verwinkelten Gassen, Bogengängen, Caruggi und ineinander geschachtelten Häusergruppen wie ein Labyrinth die Hänge hinauf. Den tief eingeschnittenen Fluss Prino überspannt das Wahrzeichen des Ortes, fast schon eine Ikone Liguriens, die Malteserbrücke aus dem Jahr 1292, "il ponte grande".
Im Ort gibt es viele gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: es gibt eine Apotheke, einen Bäcker, Metzger, und mehrere Lebensmittelläden. Im Zentrum gibt es nette Bars und immer mehr Restaurants, von einer einfachen Pizzeria bis zur gehobenen Klasse wie Casa della Roca in Ripalta. Auf der Piazza gibt es eine Bank mit einem Geldautomaten.
Im Sommer finden in Dolcedo regelmäßig Antiquitätenmärkte, Bauernmärkte sowie Dorffeste und klassische Konzerte statt.

The small town of Dolcedo is located just under 6 km north of Imperia in the Prinotal (Valprino) valley. The town consists of the main town of Dolcedo (Dolcedo piazza) and several small, independent districts in the hills (such as Costa Carnara, Lecchiore, Isolalunga, Bellissimi, Castelazzo, Ripalta...).
