Die gemütliche Mansardenwohnung befindet sich in einem Dreifamilienhaus am Rande der Altstadt von Pietrabruna. Sie besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, Küche und Bad. Alle Räume sind separat zugänglich, es gibt keine Durchgangszimmer. Die Decken sind hoch, Bad und Küche haben Schrägen. Unter dem Dach befinden sich praktische Abstellräume. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, der Blick über die Dächer des Dorfes ist wunderschön. In der Ferne sieht man das Meer.
Es gibt schöne Details, z.B. antike Zementfliesen in beiden Schlafzimmern.
Die Wohnung war bis vor kurzem vermietet und kann sofort bezogen werden. Es sind nur kleine „Schönheitsreparaturen“ erforderlich.
Es ist ein ideales Objekt für alle, die nicht zu viel investieren möchten, für Ligurien-Einsteiger, die ein gemütliches „Basislager" suchen.
Ausstattung
Die Wohnung verfügt über Strom-, Wasser- und Abwasseranschluss. Es gibt keine Heizung, aber es besteht die Möglichkeit, eine Wärmepumpe oder einen Pellet- oder Holzofen zu installieren (ein Kamin ist vorhanden).
Man kann bis zum Haus vorfahren und in der Nähe parken.
Lage
Nur 10 km hinter dem beliebten Badeort San Lorenzo al Mare liegt auf einem Hang zum Meer offen das Bergdorf Pietrabruna. Der Ort schaut auf eine lange Geschichte zurück, deren Ursprung im 12. Jahrhundert liegt. Im Ortskern sind die mittelalterlichen Strukturen noch sehr gut erkennbar. Man verliert sich ganz schnell im Labyrinth der kleinen Gassen, Treppen und den überdachten Durchgängen, den so genannten Caruggios. Die spürbar mystische Atmosphäre verzaubert. Hier ist die Zeit stehen geblieben. Früher war Pietrabruna nicht nur für den Olivenanbau bekannt sondern vor allem für seine Lavendelfelder und die Herstellung von Lavendelessenz. Leider gibt es nur noch wenige Lavendelbauern. Das andere, weit über die Grenze des Ortes bekannte Produkt ist die „Stroscia die Pietrabruna“. Ein ganz besonderer Kuchen, der in der Dorfbäckerei gebacken und im daneben liegenden Laden verkauft wird. Unbedingt probieren!
Im Nachbardorf Torre Papaponi finden Sie ein besonders gutes und berühmtes Restaurant „La Pignatta d´Oro“, da hat die Qualität aber auch ihren Preis.

This cosy attic flat is located in a three-family house on the edge of the old town of Pietrabruna. It consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. All rooms are separately accessible, there are no connecting rooms. The ceilings are high and the bathroom and kitchen have sloping ceilings. There are practical storage rooms under the roof. The flat is very bright, the view over the roofs of the village is wonderful. You can see the sea in the distance.
There are beautiful details, e.g. antique cement tiles in both bedrooms.
The flat was rented until recently and can be occupied immediately. Only minor "cosmetic repairs" are required.
It is an ideal property for anyone who does not want to invest too much, for Liguria newcomers looking for a cosy "base camp".
Equipment
The flat has mains electricity, water and drainage. There is no heating, but it is possible to install a heat pump or a pellet or wood-burning stove (a fireplace is available).
You can drive up to the house and park nearby.
Location

To przytulne mieszkanie na poddaszu znajduje się w trzyrodzinnym domu na obrzeżach starego miasta Pietrabruna. Składa się z 2 sypialni, kuchni i łazienki. Wszystkie pokoje są oddzielnie dostępne, nie ma pokoi łączonych. Sufity są wysokie, a łazienka i kuchnia mają skośne sufity. Pod dachem znajdują się praktyczne schowki. Mieszkanie jest bardzo jasne, widok na dachy wioski jest wspaniały. W oddali widać morze.
Są piękne detale, np. zabytkowe płytki cementowe w obu sypialniach.
Mieszkanie było o niedawna wynajmowane i może być zajęte natychmiast. Wymagane są tylko drobne "naprawy kosmetyczne".
Jest to idealna nieruchomość dla każdego, kto nie chce inwestować zbyt wiele, dla nowicjuszy w Ligurii szukających przytulnej "bazy wypadowej".

W przeszłości Pietrabruna słynęła nie tylko z uprawy oliwek, ale przede wszystkim z pól lawendy i produkcji esencji lawendowej. Niestety, pozostało już tylko kilku rolników uprawiających lawendę. Innym produktem, znanym daleko poza granicami wioski, jest "Stroscia die Pietrabruna". To wyjątkowe ciasto wypiekane w wiejskiej piekarni i sprzedawane w sklepie obok. Koniecznie trzeba go spróbować!
W sąsiedniej miejscowości Torre Papaponi znajduje się szczególnie dobra i znana restauracja "La Pignatta d'Oro", ale jakość ma swoją cenę.
